and timely bank payments
xefx82xb7 Supervising day to day accounting of expenses and incomes, passing journals, preparing MIS,
financial statements
xefx82xb7 Preparation of budget forecasts
xefx82xb7 Reporting of Actual performance vs the Budgeted forecast
xefx82xb7 Managing audit and providing information to auditors
xefx82xb7 Preparation and reconciliation of loan closures
xefx82xb7 Reviewing and Supervising computation of taxes and prepare GST,TDS, ITR monthly and
quarterly returns, SFT filings meeting timelines for filings
xefx82xb7 Prepare financial statements, notes to accounts, cash flows on a routine basis, Publish
financial statements in time
xefx82xb7 Report on the companyxe2x80x99s financial health and liquidity to the management
xefx82xb7 Managing cash flows and Treasury management including parking surplus funds in FDs, MFs
etc
xefx82xb7 Reinforcing financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
xefx82xb7 Comply with financial policies and regulation
xefx82xb7 Timely Submission of details to RBI or any other stakeholders.
xefx82xb7 Fund raising through Domestic and foreign lenders including documentation, negotiation and
pre & post disbursement compliances.Requirements and skillsxefx82xb7 Qualification - CA .
xefx82xb7 Proven experience of 10+ years in an NBFC which deals in SME lending with minimum
AUM of 75 Cr
xefx82xb7 Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
xefx82xb7 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
xefx82xb7 Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
xefx82xb7 Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
