Location - Wadala (Mumbai)

Salary -12 to 15 LPA

Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic Finance Head to join our Accounts & Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Director , this role will lead financial strategy and ensure the organization's long-term financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to optimize costs and enhance revenue.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and the Board.
• Publish monthly health analysis reports for corrective actions.

Financial Operations Management:

• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and internal controls.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting according to GAAP.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operations and initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance against budget, implementing corrective actions.

Strategic Financial Leadership:

• Develop financial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Provide insights for investment decisions, pricing strategies, and market expansion.
• Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, and strategic opportunities.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration for organizational success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CA intern preferred.
• 10+ years in finance leadership, ideally in FMCG or Retail or Manufacturing.
• Strong financial management and analysis skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,200,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
