We are often remote from one another but that doesnxe2x80x99t stop our sense of collaboration, supportiveness, and fun!About the RoleAs a Functional Consultant/ Sr Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions. You will provide your implementation expertise to our clients while understanding how to best configure and test Workday solutions to meet their business requirements.About YouBasic Qualificationxc2xb7 5+ consulting experience preferred either as an internal consultant or with a consulting / software organization in another ERP application (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar applications)xc2xb7 8+ years of functional experience in Financials, Revenue, Spend software solutions or systemsxc2xb7 Should have experience in at least 2 full cycle client implementationsxc2xb7 Must have demonstrated strong client and stakeholder engagements to achieve project objectives.xc2xb7 Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects.xc2xb7 Developing as a domain expert to find the right solution to the client requirementxc2xb7 Develops working relationships with other members of team and management as well as onshore counterparts.xc2xb7 Possesses sound analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.xc2xb7 Demonstrates ability to prioritize conflicting demands with little supervisionKey Areas of Responsibilityxc2xb7 Master at least 2 modules in the Workday Financial product suite (Procure to pay, spend management, customer, project billing.).xc2xb7 Perform the following on a client engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assist the client in testing the Workday solution.xc2xb7 Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday.xc2xb7 Assist the Integration Consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.xc2xb7 Understand Workdayxe2x80x99s Implementation Methodology and use it on all client engagements.xc2xb7 Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions.xc2xb7 Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.xc2xb7 Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships.Other Qualification:
