What We're Looking For:



As we continue to grow, we are seeking a

Finance Executive

who is detail-oriented, analytical, and well-versed in financial operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing company finances, ensuring compliance, and leveraging accounting tools to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:



Financial Management:

Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.

Zoho Books Expertise:

Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports using Zoho Books.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.

Tax Compliance:

Ensure adherence to tax regulations and timely filing of statutory requirements.

Payroll Processing:

Manage payroll, reimbursements, and other employee-related financial matters.

Financial Analysis:

Conduct cost analysis, profit/loss evaluations, and financial performance reviews.

Audit & Compliance:

Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and reporting practices.

Vendor & Client Payments:

Process invoices, verify payment details, and handle financial transactions securely.

Process Optimization:

Identify and implement financial best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Key Requirements:



Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Software Skills:

Proficiency in Zoho Books is mandatory; knowledge of other accounting software is a plus.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Attention to Detail:

High accuracy in handling financial data and reports.

Analytical Thinking:

Ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Capability to troubleshoot financial discrepancies and improve processes.
