What is the role?

We're looking for a Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will manage key financial tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with financial regulations. As a Finance Executive at Zouk, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Maintain Books of Accounts : Handle the day-to-day financial transactions, including purchase, sales, cash book, journal entries, expenses, and capital expenditures in Tally.
• Payment Preparation : Prepare payments through bank portals, ensuring proper taxation and invoice requirements are met.
• TDS & GST Compliance : Prepare TDS and GST workings to ensure timely filings and compliance.
• Reconciliations : Assist in managing multiple reconciliations for revenue collections and key vendor payments.
• Team Collaboration : Contribute to various initiatives of the finance team as required.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting & Finance .
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounting, GST, and TDS.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and Tally .
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external agencies.
• Experience with D2C companies is a plus.

• Work Timings : Monday to Saturday, Work-from-Office role
• Office Location : Mumbai
• CTC : As per market standards
