Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Accounts Manager with a CA qualification to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing effective financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Accounting Operations:
• Manage the day-to-day accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Develop, monitor, and update financial budgets and forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis to identify areas of improvement and cost control.
• Compliance and Audit:
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST, Income Tax, and other financial regulations.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate provision of required documentation.
• Financial Controls:
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure adherence to internal controls and identify any areas of risk.
• Cash Flow Management:
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Oversee treasury functions and manage banking relationships.
• Team Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Financial Analysis:
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business initiatives and projects.
• Evaluate financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in [industry].
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).
• Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets.
