Job Description

Main Purpose of Role :

This role provides financial planning, reporting and Governance insight, supporting financial process of the Organisation and Shared Services.

Core Responsibilities -

• Collating, Preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
• Preparation of business plans / budget highlighting the variances during the course of business
• Learning and training the financial systems / models - ERP to subordinates
• Controlling & Evaluation of Inventory system and Monitoring of Unit cost for the product
• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
• Report to management on variances from the established budget and the reasons for thosevarianceso Preparation and Updation of all reportings to Group reporting portal
• Ensure controls are implemented basis pre and post check as per Internal check list

Key Accountabilities

• Develop, implement, modify and document record keep and accounting systems
• Ensuring proper recording of Financial Transaction in E1
• Prepare monthly schedule as per internal guidelines for group company reporting
• Prepare Yearly and Quarterly Plan and Latest Estimate as per group internal guidelines.
• Maintaining the Payroll system - Account related
• Maintenance of Risk Mitigation register and supportign for exceptions.
• Monthly Reconciliation and Maintenance of Schdule for all Balance sheet items.
• Yearly Financial preparation and liaisoning with Statutory Auditors and other Government Auditors
• Liaising with Internal & External Audit for Internal Control and Governance
• Monitoring of Insurance Coverage of Fixed Asset and Employee related.Skills, and Competencies
• Knowledge in Finanical Process
• Analytical & problem solving skills with efficient use of Excel
• Team working
• Working experience in ERP would be added advantage
• Participation in ERP implementationQualification and Relevant Experience Expected
• Semi Professional - CA Inter with CMA inter or CS Inter or MBA
• Min 5 years experience in MIS, Financial preparation and Internal Controls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
