Responsibilities: Finance Executive \xef\x82\xb7 Accounts Payable: o Meticulously review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy in rates, quantities, and calculations before processing for payment. o Ensure invoices align with purchase orders, contracts, and receiving reports. o Research and resolve discrepancies with vendors in a timely and professional manner. o Process approved invoices for payment according to established procedures and timelines. \xef\x82\xb7 Factory Finance Management: o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payments made at the factory level. o File and organize all supporting documentation (invoices, receipts, etc.) for future reference. o Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately. \xef\x82\xb7 Software Proficiency: o Utilize accounting software (e.g., Tally) for efficient accounts payable processing and recordkeeping. o Possess working knowledge of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system like SAP to access relevant financial data (if applicable). \xef\x82\xb7 Reporting and Analysis: o Prepare reports on accounts payable activity, aging reports, and identify potential payment delays. o Assist with month-end closing procedures for accounts payable and factory finances. \xef\x82\xb7 Internal Controls: o Adhere to company policies and internal control procedures for accounts payable and factory financial operations. o Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with these processes. \xef\x82\xb7 Other Responsibilities: o Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (operations, production, sales) to ensure alignment with financial goals. o Manage a team of junior finance professionals. o Continuously improve financial processes and systems.
