Responsibilities: Finance Executive\xef\x82\xb7 Accounts Payable:o Meticulously review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy in rates,quantities, and calculations before processing for payment.o Ensure invoices align with purchase orders, contracts, and receivingreports.o Research and resolve discrepancies with vendors in a timely andprofessional manner.o Process approved invoices for payment according to establishedprocedures and timelines.\xef\x82\xb7 Factory Finance Management:o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payments made at thefactory level.o File and organize all supporting documentation (invoices, receipts, etc.)for future reference.o Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are recordedaccurately.\xef\x82\xb7 Software Proficiency:o Utilize accounting software (e.g., Tally) for efficient accounts payableprocessing and recordkeeping.o Possess working knowledge of an Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) system like SAP to access relevant financial data (if applicable).\xef\x82\xb7 Reporting and Analysis:o Prepare reports on accounts payable activity, aging reports, andidentify potential payment delays.o Assist with month-end closing procedures for accounts payable andfactory finances.\xef\x82\xb7 Internal Controls:o Adhere to company policies and internal control procedures foraccounts payable and factory financial operations.o Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with these processes.\xef\x82\xb7 Other Responsibilities:o Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders(operations, production, sales) to ensure alignment with financial goals.o Manage a team of junior finance professionals.o Continuously improve financial processes and systems.Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb918,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb928,000.00 per monthSchedule:
