Job Description
:Position: Plant Finance Executive.Experience:1+ years at Pharma manufacturing site.Education: ICWA.Location: Hyderabad.Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Support Plant Finance Manger with following activities :Monitoring and improving Operational Performance for :
- Capacity
- Yields
- Material Usage Variance
- Cycle time
- Overhead absorption
- Oversee and monitor inventory control
- Monitoring of Slow/Non-Moving Inventories
- Support Inventory Verification process and post discrepancies in SAP after review.
- Periodical review of Standard Cost for FG Material Codes.
- Monitoring all Material Movement on monthly basis.
- Cost Allocation for products
- Monitor and provide Actual yields
- Ensure BOMs are updated real-time
- Actual Production Vs SAP
- Helping Cross function team in operation issues related to the SAP portion of FICO.
- The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent oral communication, analytical skills, report writing, interpersonal and office management skills
- The person must be discreet but decisive, innovative, diligent and pay attention to details
- Proficiency in the use of MS-Office especially MS Excel, with good presentation skills is required
- Candidate must possess strong technical bent of mind, knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methodology and ability to evaluate and interpret technical reports
- Success in this role also demands a high level of confidentiality, honesty, integrity and flexibility.
