ONLY MUMBAI CANDIDATES NEED TO APPLY ONLY QUALIFIED COMPANY SECRETARY NEED TO APPLY This is a role requiring assistance to the Resolution Professional/ Liquidator in carrying out day to day activities of the Assignments under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, which includes : - Knowledge of IBC, 2016* (Mandatory) - Preparation of Minutes/ Agenda - Drafting and filing of reports - Reviewing/ Drafting Applications - Basic Knowledge of Finance and Accounts(mandatory) - Basic Knowledge of Banking Sector and terminologies - Legal and Secretarial compliance - Financial Compliance Assisting the partner for fund raising activities. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month Schedule:
