Manages financial and accounting personnel in the delivery of accounting data, financial information and analysis and business financial support/ analysis and consulting to management decision - makers. Directs the development, implementation and administration of financial planning, reporting and transaction processing systems and procedures. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel. Provides comprehensive financial support and counsel in financial planning and control, operations analysis, accounting systems, capital investment, planning and analysis, business decision support, business plan development and execution, portfolio and investment management and market model analysis, and audit coordination, to ensure achievement of planned cost, profit and business strategy objectives. Country Controller: Directs and oversees financial statutory and tax compliance a country or countries. Responsibilities include external audits, regulatory filings, tax filings and any other local financial compliance related activities. Oversees country - related financial events and operations such as M&A transactions or pension plans.
