Finance Coordinator
The Finance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the financial management of the organization by performing various accounting and administrative tasks. This role involves assisting with financial reporting, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Responsibilities:
• Financial Reporting:
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Compile and analyze financial data to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Support the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor budget variances and provide analysis to management.
• Assist in preparing budget reports and presentations.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable:
• Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Financial Administration:
• Maintain financial documentation and records.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
• Handle general accounting tasks such as journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Financial Analysis:
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Pay: ?30,086.00 - ?39,244.70 per month
