Job Summary: The Finance Controller will oversee the finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial planning. This role involves managing budgets, audits, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:
• Oversee and manage the company's financial operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Develop and manage annual budgets.
• Conduct financial forecasting and variance analysis.
• Compliance and Audit:
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Financial Analysis:
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.
• Ensure continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
• Communicate financial performance and strategies to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 4+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
