Job Responsibilities:R2R:- Monitoring of daily transactions/expense recording;- Checking & validating expenses on a daily basis (as per the norms defined);- Preparation & finalization of financial statements as per Ind-AS;- Year-end closing activities to be carried out in a timely and effective manner;Receivables/Treasury:- Forecasting monthly receivables including preparing of various MIS reports;- Following up with High Paying clients through various modes to ensure smooth flow of funds;- Bridging the gap between Sales team and Clients for related queries;- Supporting & guiding the Billing team to ensure that invoices are raised effectively and efficiently; - Timely reporting for the "Funds Utilization" to management for quick decision making;- Liaising with Banking authorities;Statutory Compliances:- Ensuring timely compliance of TDS/GST/EPF/ESI/LWF/PT;- Handling of notices/letters issued by various government departments like Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF etc.;- Liaising with various government officials and other professionals for carrying out Statutory Audit/Tax Audit etc.;- Preparation & submission of various client related compliance documentation i.e. state wise compliance documentation related to Labour laws & CLRA Act;- Handling client compliance audit queries and tracking the documentation of compliance;Payroll:- Cross verifying the joining/exit reports for PAN India through our Payroll system;- Monthly checking and verifying the payroll data before processing to ensure accurate deduction of various statutory liabilities such as TDS, EPF, ESI, PT;- Cross checking the attendance sheets with the payroll data to flush out any errors/omissions made;- Carrying out any other activities/reporting as suggested by the ManagementQualifications & Experience:- CA or any other equivalent professional degree;- Having an experience of 7+ years in controllership role;- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite;- Proficient in Accounting Software;- Knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, CLRA Act, Income Tax Act and Labour Laws;
