Reports to: MD
Location: Noida
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in finance and accounting
Academic: Qualified CA , MBA Finance PreferredKey Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Review financial and non-financial KPIs and business performance monthly.
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare, present, and explain summaries of monthly business performance to the CFO
and leadership team.
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct detailed variance analysis (actuals vs. budget) across multiple dimensions to
decipher performance insights.
\xef\x82\xb7 Drive results and ensure achievement of KPIs across functions and the organization.
\xef\x82\xb7 Oversee General Ledger Accounting, Treasury, Direct Tax, International Taxation
(Transfer Pricing), Risk Management (Internal Audit & Insurance), and Audit
Coordination.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure budget adherence across functions on a monthly and yearly basis.
\xef\x82\xb7 Utilize data analysis to drive revenue maximization across lanes, customers, and product
offerings.
\xef\x82\xb7 Implement dynamic performance management and support budget rationalization
across functions.
\xef\x82\xb7 Analyze and forecast financial and economic data for logistics silos to inform strategic
and operational decisions.
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare various Management Information Systems (MIS) reports as required by internal
stakeholders and shareholders.
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct ad-hoc analyses and reports to facilitate business decision-making.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage and analyze Centre & Hub level expenses reporting and management.
\xef\x82\xb7 Serve as the central owner of organization-wide operating and financial data and KPIs.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify key metrics, track financial KPIs, and develop financial models with effective
visualization to support strategic initiatives.
\xef\x82\xb7 Act as backup for GL accountant, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Costing.
\xef\x82\xb7 Support tax and auditing processes at the legal entity level.Key Performance Indicators (SMART Goals):
\xef\x82\xb7 Achieve a monthly financial performance review with zero discrepancies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain a variance analysis report with actionable insights within 5 business days of
month-end close.
\xef\x82\xb7 Drive KPI achievement across all functions, targeting a minimum 90% adherence rate.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure budget compliance across departments, targeting a variance of no more than 5%
for the fiscal year.
\xef\x82\xb7 Deliver timely and accurate MIS reports with a turnaround time of no more than 7 days
post-request.Qualification:
\xef\x82\xb7 Qualified CA or equivalent professional qualification (preferred).
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum of 10 years of finance and accounting experience, with experience in foreign
multinational companies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong proficiency in English and Excel.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all
organizational levels.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong planning and organizational skills, capable of working under tight deadlines
independently.
\xef\x82\xb7 Highly analytical mindset to adapt to an evolving business landscape.
