Roles & Responsibilities

1. Play an active role in owning key areas within finance functions (debtors, COGS & inventory, payables).


2. Supervising and owning weekly & monthly closing of books and liaising with cross functional teams for the same.


3. Presentation of Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports: Generate, update, and distribute financial reports and dashboards to provide insights into treasury and financial performance.


4. P&Lanalysis reports by different verticals (Key financial information Ratio and analysis to the top management for financial decision-making).


5. Budgetary and Variance analysis for cost, sales, collection target and GLs.


6. Implementation IFC and other applicable requisites under statutory laws


7. Working capital & Banking operations: Supervise functions such as WC management, fund transfers, and maintaining banking relationships.


8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to treasury and financial reporting.


9. Forecasting: Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting processes to support the company financial planning.


10. Systems Management: Manage and maintain financial information systems and tools used for reporting and analysis.


11. Work extensively on ERP implementations and improvements.


12. Support founders and finance head in collating ad hoc report requests for external stakeholders


Requirements:

1. CA with 5years+ of post-qualification experience (3 years in startup or Manufacturing set up with leading 10-12 members team) / Semi qualified, Bcom, Mcom with 10 years of experience (3 years in startup or Manufacturing set up with leading 10-12 members team).


2. Hands on experience in managing books, compliance, and Must have closed at least 2 Stat Audit with big 4, 2 to 3 Internal Audits and 1 end to end Due diligences/fund raising.


3. Must have managed 2 to 3 Managers & 8-10 Executional team.


4. Strong biased for action, solution-oriented attitude and maturity to work under tight deadlines


5. Comfortable working from the office for at least 5 days a week. (Overall 6 days working Mon-Sat).
