We Requires Finance Controller for a Chemical Manufacturing Company at Kalwa .

Designation : Finance Controller

Industry: Chemical Manufacturing

Experience : 15+ yrs (only male Candidates)

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Management: Lead and manage all aspects of financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budget management, and forecasting.

- Accounting Operations: Oversee accounting procedures and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Banking and Credit Management: Enhance banking relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and improve credit ratings to optimize cash flow and funding opportunities.

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and drive profitability.

- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's financial health.

- Internal Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison with department heads, providing financial insights and guidance to support operational decision-making.

- Audit and Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.

- Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements and financial best practices to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis to facilitate strategic decision-making and ensure transparency.

Qualifications:

- CA/ CMA / CPA/ CFA / MBA finance Required

- Proven experience 5 years + in financial management, accounting operations, and internal controls.

- Strong understanding of banking relationships, credit management, and financial regulations.

- Excellent analytical skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate financial data into

actionable insights.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

- Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel; experience with ERP systems

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off) | 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
