Educational Qualifications: Minimum graduation in any discipline.
CTC: ? 12-18 Lakhs Per Annum

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient "Finance Controller" to join our team in Gurgaon. This role requires a proactive and diligent approach to accounting & CRM.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Oversee & supervise the "Finance / accounting & records" department.
• Manage & task a team of junior accountants & book keepers of team strength of about 6 employees.
• Be responsible for regular reporting, recording, filing of all financial transactions.
• Be responsible for the collection pipeline, payment pipelines and cash flow pipeline.
Skills required:
• Superior accounting skills.
• Superior audit skills.
• Knowledge of tax compliances, tax structures & tax workings.
• Knowledge & working structures of invoicing, account receivables, account payables etc.
• Superior accounting skills.
• Experience in accounting, book keeping, finance, invoicing, making payment, cash flow management, compliances etc.
