To oversee the financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and leading the financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities.
Ensures financial stability by maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing trends, managing risks, and providing strategic financial advice to senior leadership.
• Develop, implement, and manage the company's financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into sales performance, cost controls, margins, and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance against forecasts and budgets, providing variance analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) in compliance with local accounting standards.
• Coordinate with auditors to ensure proper auditing processes and compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage the tax preparation process, ensuring compliance with all corporate tax obligations and statutory filings.
• Lead cost control initiatives to ensure the business maintains an optimal cost structure and improves profitability.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks, including currency fluctuations, credit risks, and financial exposure.
Preferably from FMCG Industry.
