Strategic Planning - Financial Strategy Development - To develop financial strategies aligned with the company& long-term goals.
Resource Allocation - Efficient allocation of financial resources to maximize returns and support business growth.
Investment Analysis: Evaluating potential investments and advising on financial viability.
Budgeting and Budget Allocation - Develop annual budgets for all entities of the organization.

Should have good experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
Should have good experience in Budgeting, Budgetary Control, Variance analysis,
Should have good experience in Finalization of Accounts, Audits, Statutory Audits
Should have good knowledge of regulatory affairs in Real Estate domain
Should have good experience in introducing appropriate internal controls
Certified Real Estate Financial Analyst (CREFA) will be preferred.
Real Estate Investment Certification (REIC) will be preferred.
Should have good experience in Taxation - Direct & Indirect - GST and experience in dealing with Tax authorities.
Should have good understanding and knowledge of IFRS reporting standards.
Should have good experience in Tally /ERP software.
Should have good proficiency in Tamil, English
