As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for assisting Auditors and Accountant in essential accounting functions. You will also be responsible for preparing invoices and financial reports you should have in-depth knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles. You will be working under the direct supervision of an Accountant. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information is a must. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Preparing accounts payable, receivable invoices, financial statements and reports.
• Performing the basic accounting functions.
• Maintaining Accounts For India and US as well
• Able To maintain Zoho books and quick books
• Assisting with the preparation of tax returns.
• Validating bank accounts.
• Maintaining ledger accounts
• Responsible in payroll and compliance audits.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience working as an Accounting Associate or a similar position in the accounting department.
• Good understanding of state and federal tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices and Outstanding cash handling skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Tools
