The Finance Business Partner (FBP) is an integral partner to multiple business stakeholders in the development and delivery of financial strategy, performance analytics and planning of their financial performance and strategy and management of their cost base, projects and programmes. . This role will be supporting the Senior FBP in managing and co-ordinating overall GTIS finance deliverable and Adhoc financial analysis. The key responsibilities include helping managed to consumed walk for GTIS service catalogue, facilitate planning GTIS Finance book of work and other BAU deliverables. . The role requires co-ordination with senior FBPs/team across GTIS finance, IR team, Cost FTC team, Billing team and others. What will you be doing . Facilitate professional financial commentary on performance and support presenting regular performance reports to senior leadership teams, and help driving corrective action and performance improvement opportunities as appropriate. . Support GTIS specific strategic models working across F&BM peers to support wide range of finance related topics (e.g. forward forecast scenario, managed to consumed view analysis, Technology strategy impact). . Maintain monthly managed to consumed cost transparency cadence for GTIS service catalogue . Provide month end analysis and reporting for TC23 cost base, co-ordination with GTIS F&BM leads/teams (tracking, variance explain, budget explain, budget bridges) . Support the delivery of the financial strategy through sound financial solutions, planning and advice . Maintain governance calendar and cadence, including agendas, reviews, meetings. . Working directly with FBP\'s across GTIS pillars on risks & Ops, Transfers, vendor spend, managed to consumed cost etc. . Provide regular and ad-hoc analysis and insights including workforce Cost, fully loaded services costs, managed and consumed analysis . Work with the different GTIS F&BM work streams and IR team to ensure full alignment to BX operating model . Provide support to Senior FBP ensuring adherence of day to day agenda, strategic and Adhoc assignments . Continuously improve relevant business processes / practices, working alongside peers across Group Shared Tech F&BM and wider Cost Finance CoEs to implement and maintain high performance and constant drive for excellence. What we\'re looking for: . CA / MBA / ACA / CIMA / CFA or Equivalent experience . Strong analytical skills, able to identify key P&L drivers including Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills .
