Job Description


Roles & Responsibility:

  • Together with FBP service center, deliver standardized regular reports to support the running of the business such as weekly/monthly flash, Terminal Performance review decks, working capital, internal control, policy deployment, yearly scorecard target setting process/ closure, and transactional process KPIs
  • Drive performance in transactional process to enable optimized leverage of the process based organization in shared service center
  • Develop first class forecasting and reporting material to reduce lead-time and increase transparency of business fundamentals.
  • Support the quarterly forecast process and annual Business Plan
  • Own the terminal scorecard process
  • Develop, improve, and automate master data files to support quick offline ad-hoc reports and analysis
  • Coach terminal finance teams on use of OneStream, digital cockpit, and PowerBI tools
  • Regional focal point for ATR/STP/OTC processes and performance thereof
  • Deliver ad-hoc reports and analysis as and when required
  • Run and Drive the JV Governance process through standardized follow-up and reporting
Ideal Characteristics:
  • Showing extensive finance or accounting experience: xe2x80x93 in financial reporting, preparing dashboards and financial analysis
  • Being expert in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint
  • Result-driven and an individual contributor. Excellent multi-tasking abilities.

  • Ability to handle high pressure during stringent deadlines

  • Business acumen in container terminal business is a plus
  • Integrity xe2x80x93 of numbers
Knowledge & Qualifications:
  • MBA or Preferably CA/ICWA with prior experience in FNA domain of at least 10-12 years in financial analysis, Dashboard reporting and finance business partnering role
  • Experience in delivering results through others (both directly report and indirect report)
  • Prior experience of working on HFM/ One stream application and smart view, Think-cell & Power BI dash boards
  • Computer literate (Windows) & Strong MS Excel skills (v-lookup, Pivots, Complex formulae) and MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills (English) xe2x80x93 Fluent Oral & Written
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving ability for trouble shooting
  • Prior experience in BPO is preferable
Training/Special Skills Required:
  • Good understanding of the various Maersk Business Units
  • Good understanding of process of Financial consolidation
  • Good understanding of the overall HFM/ Onestream application
