Job Description

We are hiring Finance Associate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining books of accounts in Tally.
• Taking follow ups of GST clients through Calls and E-mail.
• Preparation & Filing TDS Return Monthly and Quarterly
• Filling GSTR -1 Of Monthly and Quarterly Business.
• Filling GSTR -3B of monthly and Quarterly Business.
• Preparing Working and Filing of GSTR 9.
• Preparing Working for GST on monthly and quarterly basis in Excel
• Preparing Balance sheet & Financial Statements in Microsoft Excel.
• Recording Gst sales and purchase invoices on monthly basis in tally as well as in Excel

sheets.

• Maintaining all types of accounting vouchers entries.
• Maintaining bank reconciliation Statement and Reconciliation of Debtors &

Creditors.

• Coordination with the CA team for all the statutory compliances and Finalization of

Accounts.

• Coordination with Bank for all Banking Norms

Requirement:

• Applicants having 2-5 years' experience in accounting and finance management
• Graduate or post graduate degree in commerce or a related field
• Proven working experience in accounting and finance
• Working knowledge of latest Tally version
• Working knowledge of excel, word and power points
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in accounting and finance
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast paced environment
• Must be confident, Self-motivated with positive attitude
