Should be a Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce or MBA. 7+ years of experience in financial reconciliation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Overseeing the reconciliation process: This includes developing and implementing reconciliation procedures, assigning tasks to team members, and monitoring the progress of reconciliations. Identifying and resolving discrepancies: When discrepancies are identified, the reconciliation manager must work with the appropriate teams to investigate the issue and resolve it in a timely manner. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements: Manager must ensure that the reconciliation process complies with all applicable regulatory requirements. Providing reports and analysis: Manager must provide regular reports and analysis to senior management on the status of reconciliations and any identified risks. Build and maintain strong internal working relationships across all cross functional teams. Establish detail process documentation for performing reconciliation and maintain documents to ensure they are current and result in the best operational service and delivery. The jobholder will need to be flexible and able to deal with the ongoing changing needs of the Business in a positive way. Provide subject matter expertise to business-driven initiatives, internal partners, leadership or projects related to operations as necessary. Constant and regular review for direct reports. Set expectations with direct reports, regarding positive motivation and leading through accountability. Flexible to work in shifts including night shifts. Maintain High Level Quality standards as per client requirement. Completed both the doses of Vaccination. Ready for Job location Bangalore/Hyderabad as per the above JR requirement Flexible to work from office.
