Finance Associate
Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
• Overall supervision of Accounting, auditing and tax compliance
• Periodical Management Reports, Working Capital Management, Budgeting, Data Analysis
• Price negotiations, Review of client and vendor contracts
• To get License and Permission from local authorities
• Coordination with external lawyers, CAs, CS and consultants for legal matters, Registration of Trademark, Valuation reports, company law compliance etc
• Overall supervision and management of company owned property.
Qualifications:
• CFA, CA, MBA, M.Com, or other relevant finance qualification
• Experience in a financial management role
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
