About the Role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Finance Manager Department Overview RMEO (Risk Management Executive Office) is the central point of contact between application business owners and the various risk disciplines that make up the Risk Management Framework within Wells Fargo. About the role Internally this designation is known as Financial Planning and Controls Analyst. This position will use established procedures and develop new ones to complete standardized Risk Management processes within FTO (Enterprise Finance Applications Strategy) with a focus on continuous process improvement.The role will interact with leaders across the group and gain an understanding of the various application we manage. Responsibilities: RMEO (Team of 3 members) This role requires supervisory support to manage these activities: Work closely with application business owners on quarterly and annual risk attestations and certifications. Provide follow-up and report results to FTO leaders. Collaborate with US team members to develop and document new processes supporting FTO risk deliverables. Responsible for tasks within assigned risk management discipline(s). Liaise with risk and FTO team members to effectively and efficiently complete required documentation and exercises by the published due date. Direct and administer risk activities within the broader team. Assign work, due dates and provide constructive feedback to FTO partners. Manage and maintain documentation library. Responsible for version control and access management. Manage group RMEO calendar, facilitate meetings and keep team abreast of upcoming risk deliverables. Coordinate meetings and provide thorough minutes to stakeholders. Partner with risk governance and enterprise finance group on specific risk disciplines including but not limited to Model Risk, EUCT, BCP, BPM, COSO, Issues and Corrective Actions. Improve team\'s performance metrics focusing on continuous process improvement. Present metrics in monthly performance meetings. Essential Qualifications Bachelor\'s/ Postgraduate in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration Ability to assess compliance with policies and procedures Experience resolving and working through issues Solid critical thinking skills Knowledge of risk management, Business Continuity plan, RCSA processes, Internal audit experience & Issues and corrective action Knowledge of Project management or Agile JIRA tool. Strong analytical skills with high diligence and accuracy Desired Qualifications 10-15 years of experience in Risk Domain. Banking Industry experience strongly preferred.
