As a part of India Finance team in Saxo, we are responsible for carrying out work of invoice processing, preparation of books of accounts in the form of journal entries posting, month end closing activities, financial statement preparation, assisting in audit and its completion, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements in respect to various statute and laws applicable to the organization. Reporting directly to the India management team, we ensure that Saxo effectively manages and mitigates the risks associated of non compliance.As a Finance Associate, you will be an organized, hardworking, friendly and confident individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to fit into the company culture. This is an excellent opportunity to work as a key member of this highly visible finance team, in a growing business.ResponsibilitiesPerform accounting with \xe2\x80\x98zero mistakes attitude.Month end closing activities.Maintaining Fixed Assets accounting , Issue of PO, Managing relationship & compliances related to all Banks.Preparing financials and coordinating with auditors to get the audit close without any adverse comments.Taxes and compliances.Ensure timely closing of books of accounts for all legal entities, ensure that any reporting made is highly qualitative.Support and maintain close communication with local finance teams across geographies for smooth functioning of finance functions.Consistently work towards improving and/or automating procedures and processes\'Your profileAs a person you are known for your outmost professionalism, integrity and trustworthiness.
