Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Handle all legal matters related to finance and banking, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.
• Establish and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, loans, and other financial agreements.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Manage risk and ensure the company's financial stability.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial documentation and reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders as necessary.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in finance, banking, and legal matters, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with international banks and financial institutions.
• Familiarity with corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and investment strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex financial transactions.
