About the Role This finance associate will be part of the COO & Corporate Functions Finance FP&A team contributing to producing and consolidating reporting in direct support of corporate deliverables, business leaders and partners, and other constituents. The individual contributor role may also support key efforts across COO & Corporate Functions including expense analysis to provide meaningful insights into the underlying drivers impacting results. Responsibilities Build and maintain standard monthly reporting for finance leaders Refresh and publish analytics reporting pack for finance team consumption. Conduct in-depth research of financial data andanalyze and report findings collaborating with business partners Collect financial data, perform high-level analysis, identify and resolve issues or complex problems communicate and provide updates to business partners Provide financial insights highlighting actual vs. forecast/budget variances with commentary in order to highlight risk and opportunities and drive cost efficiency Develop a \'continuous improvement\' mindset within the team and help drive this culture across the finance function Document procedures to ensure effective repeatable processes May recommend business strategies or approaches and provide input to business strategic plans based on various analysis Required Qualifications Experience in Finance or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Bachelor\'s/Master\'s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics Minimum 3 to maximum 7 years\' experience in finance or accounting roles, including monthly close, management reporting, Monthly business review decks Ability to perform complex analysis, build financial models and provide commentaries for business reporting Exposure to key accounting tools like Oracle Financials, Essbase.
