Key Responsibilities
• Financial Data Entry: Accurate and timely entry of financial transactions into the company's accounting system.
• Expense Management: Monitor and manage company expenses and payment process.
• Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable and receivable.
• Invoicing: Prepare and process invoices, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
• Minimum 0.6 to 1.5 years of experience
• A good knowledge in excel.
• Tally Knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
