Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Financial Reporting : Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Cost Analysis : Analyzing costs to determine profitability and cost-saving opportunities.
• Budgeting and Forecasting : Creating budgets and forecasts.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and laws.
• Cash Flow Management : Monitoring cash flow to ensure operational efficiency and financial stability.
• Audit Support : Preparing for and supporting internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Skills:
• Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex financial data.
• Communication Skills : Effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Software Proficiency : Familiarity with accounting software
Qualifications:
• Education : A degree in accounting, finance, or Inter CA is preferred.
• Experience : 5 years' experience in accounting roles up to finalization.
• Strong capabilities in analytical thinking, strategic planning, and financial reporting.
• Extensive expertise in financial controls, audit management, and compliance.
• Monitor and control assets registers.
