We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the company's billing processes, overseeing logistics, and ensuring the efficient handling and delivery of bulk orders. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Billing Management:
• Oversee the processing, verification, and reconciliation of invoices.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and payments.
• Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports.
• Logistics Coordination:
• Manage the logistics and supply chain operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues that arise.
• Maintain inventory levels and manage warehousing operations.
• Order Deliveries:
• Handle the scheduling and coordination of bulk order deliveries.
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensure all delivery documentation is accurate and complete.
• Address and resolve any delivery discrepancies or customer complaints.
• HR Support:
• Assist in HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
• Prepare and present reports as required.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
