Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and organized Finance and HR Specialist to manage both financial and human resources functions. This dual role involves overseeing financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and accounts, as well as handling HR responsibilities like recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and human resources, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll activities.
• Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct cost analysis and support in financial decision-making for the organization.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial planning to maintain company financial health.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage budgets and financial allocations.
•Human Resources Responsibilities:•
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies.
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company objectives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and manage employee data confidentiality.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in finance, HR, or a combined role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, payroll processing, and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in accounting and HR software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional certifications such as CPA, SHRM-CP, or equivalent.
• Experience in developing and implementing financial and HR policies.
