- Familiar with State taxation, Federal taxation, CPA, GAP analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
