Wells Fargo is seeking a Finance Analyst.



In this role, you will: • Participate in functions related to financial research and reporting
• Forecast analysis of key metrics, as well as other financial consulting related to business performance, operating and strategic reviews
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the scope of responsibilities
• Research moderate to complex financial data in support of management decision-making for a business
• Develop expertise on reporting that meets brand standards and internal control standards
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

: We are seeking a talented and experienced Power BI/Automate Developer/Analyst to join our team. As an Power BI/Automate Developer/Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Power BI/Automate workflows to support our data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.



Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data analysis needs.
• Design and develop Power BI/Automate workflows to automate data blending, cleansing, and transformation processes.
• Implement data validation and quality checks within Power BI/Automate workflows to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Optimize and enhance existing Power BI/Automate workflows for improved performance and efficiency.
• Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to integrate Power BI/Automate workflows into broader data infrastructure and analytics frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI/Automate workflows, ensuring timely resolution of any technical problems.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to validate the functionality and accuracy of Power BI/Automate workflows.
• Document technical specifications, workflow designs, and data mappings for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Stay up to date with the latest Power BI/Automate features and functionalities, exploring new capabilities to enhance data analytics processes.
• Provide training and support to business users in understanding and utilizing Power BI/Automate workflows effectively.

Requirements :• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with Power BI/Automate Designer and Power BI/Automate Server.
• Strong knowledge of data blending, data transformation, and data cleansing techniques using Power BI/Automate.
• Proficiency in Power BI/Automate workflow development, including building complex workflows, creating custom tools, and using macros.
• Familiarity with SQL for data querying and manipulation within Power BI/Automate.
• Experience integrating Power BI/Automate workflows with other data tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Solid understanding of data analytics and business intelligence concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data-related issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.


Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with data modeling and database design.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R for advanced analytics within Power BI/Automate.

Job Expectations : • 5-6+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, experience, education
• Post Graduate, Professional qualification (BE/ B Tech/ CMA/CA etc.)
