A successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating accounting and administrative processes for a US-based real estate company. The applicant will be expected to keep the management accounts up-to-date and coordinate the preparation of tax returns with the US accountant. Furthermore, the applicant will assist the US management and attorneys to ensure all corporate administration is completed in time. Job Responsibilities Bookkeeping / Accounting o Book-keeping for US holding company and its subsidiaries that invest in Real Estate. Including: \xc2\xa7 Invoice/ income processing \xc2\xa7 Journal entries \xc2\xa7 Bank reconciliation o Interact with US accountants to assure tax compliance. Financial Analysis: o Assist US management with budgets, variance analysis and analyzing property performance metrics Tenant lease data processing: o update the database with the information of newly signed leases. Corporate administration: o Coordinating with US management to ensure all recurring corporate paperwork and filings are done e.g. insurance renewals, LLC annual reports, renewing registered agents etc. o Review service contracts renewals and identify changes with previous years. o Corporate record keeping: meeting minutes and resolutions. Skills & Background Fluent in English. Spoken and written Extensive accounting knowledge. US GAAP & IFRS is must. Experience with accounting software e.g. Quick Books, Appfolio, Yardi etc. Background in real estate is a plus Experience with US and/ or European companies is a plus Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience Detail oriented and highly organized. Strong analytical skills.
