Below are the key requirements.1. Typically requires a minimum of 5-6 years of related experience. At this level, post-graduate degree in Commerce may be desirable.2. To be able to handle the local statutory compliance of India entities which includes LCGAAP audit, direct and indirect taxes compliances for Indian legal entity which is a subsidiary of a US based MNC. The position is based out of Bangalore, India.3. Must have knowledge of applicable Indian tax laws.4. Requirement is to work from office to ensure better collaboration with team.5. Ability to liase with the tax consultants, officials and consultants to ensure timely and accurate compliances.6. To support in ensuring that deliverables are provided by relevant internal parties to ensure that audits are closed timely.7. Must be able a self-motivated person to work independently with good communication skills. Must have knowledge of applicable Indian tax laws.8. Must have positive attitude and should be flexible to the work requirements.9. Must be able to use self-learning skills for getting familiarized to the work requirements required for this job level.10.
