  • Being responsible for key financial processes like Planning, Management Reporting (Including detailed analysis of revenue/Cost/Margin) and Month end close.
  • Build a strong and robust process for better reporting and decision making.
  • Enhance and automate consolidation and analytical frameworks for more efficient, relevant and timely reporting; drive continuous improvement in reporting and information sharing processes.
  • Develop financial models and metrics, and provide ad hoc data
You must haveBachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business AdministrationKnowledge of Financial concepts and reporting tools/systemsRequired Experiences:4-7 years of overall finance experienceKnowledge and skills (General and Technical)Critical:Extensive finance system and reporting experienceExceptional analytical skills (linking results to drivers)Advanced Excel, Power PointGood Interpersonal skills/Stakeholder management skillsBusiness AcumenSelf-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individualPreferable:Exposure to Supply chain FinanceExperience with data analytics tools like Tableau/AlteryxAbility to assess when an issue needs to be called out for quick resolutionBehavioral Attributes:Go BeyondAct with UrgencyOutcome orientedHave a Passion for WinningWe valueHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
