Information about Agilent is available at .Accounts Payable - The incumbent to provide administrative and accounting support in Account Payable arena. we rely on a meticulous financial system to drive our business forward. The accounts payable (AP) department keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash flow and paying vendors and suppliers.Specific responsibilities include: -

• Ensure process deliverables are within TAT and process changes are timely updated.
• End to End solutioning of queries received from vendors/PO buyers & requestors.
• Support enterprise and inhouse driven projects.
• Identify process improvisation opportunities.
• Ensures SOX compliance.
• Support Month end close activities.
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.

Expertise in scrutinizing fraudulent attempts at AP mail node and ensuring appropriate handling and preventionQualificationsRequires higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Typically at least 3-6 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.Qualifications

• B. Com or masters degree or equivalent with typically 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Have good knowledge of different Accounts payable function and proficient in handling Vendor Queries to derive solutioning focusing vendor satisfaction.
• Self-Driven and results oriented.
• Strong analytical and accounting knowledge
• Ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a cross-geographic, cross-organizational and cross-cultural team.
• Excellent communication (written & oral).
• Excellent analytical skill and expertise in excel spreadsheet
