Job Title: Finance & Admin Associate
Location: Bangalore
Work mode: Onsite (Work from office)
Responsibilities include:
1. Track and maintain cash flow daily to provide clarity and transparency
2. Responsible for full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including international wire transfers
3. Provide general administrative support within the organization which includes meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, files maintenance, document coordination, budgeting, and procurement activities
4. Review, collect, and analyze data for reports, presentations and correspondence
5. Coordination, logistics, presentation preparation, records/response management, and support of sustainability practice-focused tours for the division 6. Manages daily operations, handles scheduling, oversees staff, and performs high-level tasks. 7. Undertakes office management, maintains communication lines, and records accurate data
8. Must take care of Travel Desk
Skills required:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Deep analytical and interpersonal skills.
3. Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
4. Effectively use tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), PPM, and required templates to create and manage project deliverables.
5. High on energy and focus to achieve outcome

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
