We are looking for a skilled Finance & Accounts Executive to support our global finance team. The role involves managing daily financial operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to strategic financial processes.



Key Responsibilities:


• Financial Operations: Manage client invoicing, purchase orders, supplier invoices, and reconciliation.
• Collaboration: Support UK finance team with weekly and monthly reports and reconciliations.
• Analysis & Reporting: Monitor financial data, manage project P&Ls, and provide actionable insights.
• Compliance & Audit: Conduct internal audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Strategic Support: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cross-departmental reporting.



Key Skills & Qualifications


• Experience: 3+ years in finance, preferably in media or marketing company.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Xero, Tally, and advanced Excel; familiarity with AIM (LSE) standards is a plus.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at multitasking under deadlines.
• Flexibility: Open to working weekends or flexible hours for global operations.
