Urgent opening for Finance & Accounts Executive in Corporate Service Provider Company @ Mohali Punjab.

Experience - 3-6 years in Finance

Salary - 25,000 to 30,000 Per Month

Job Location - Sector 82 JLPL Mohali

Qualifications & Skills:

? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA/CPA/CFA will be an added

advantage

? 4-6 years of experience in finance or accounting role

? Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax regulations

? Understanding of data privacy standards

? Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

? Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as the bank

transactions and vendor payments.

? Responsible for Bank reconciliation and processing invoices.

? Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other

financial needs as necessary.

? Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential

improvement.

? Research and analyze financial reports.

? Create client invoices on an ongoing basis.

? Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.

? Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for

financial purposes.

? Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.

? Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual

performance compared to the business plans.

? Must have complete knowledge of Tally ERP 9, TDS & GST returns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
