Job Description


Position Overview: The Accounts Executive will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the day-to-day financial activities of the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members from various departments. Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by investigating and resolving discrepancies and variances.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries and journal entries.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses to provide insights into the company\'s financial performance.
  • Monitor and track expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and cost control measures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate recording and allocation of financial transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports for management, auditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, practices, and regulations in all financial activities.
  • Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
  • Provide assistance in other finance-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in an accounting or accounts role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 240,000.00 - 300,000.00 per year Benefits:
