Job Title: Finance Accountant Primary Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 General Accounting entries in QuickBooks.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure proper documentation and passing of necessary entries.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for full cycle Accounts Receivable function including managing A/R Inbox and sending
invoices and statements. ...

\xef\x82\xb7 General ledger activities include preparing A/R and A/P related journal entries.
\xef\x82\xb7 Reconcile key A/R accounts.
\xef\x82\xb7 Receive, researches and resolve a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning
account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate person.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsibilities include reconciliation of bank balances and credit card transactions, processing of
sales and purchases invoices, and recording ad hoc adjusting entries on a regular basis.
\xef\x82\xb7 Assists with the credit card process including gathering all receipts from cardholders timely to meet
the month-end credit card journal entry deadline.
\xef\x82\xb7 Foreign Remittances - Ensures timely payments to consultants / vendors residing out of India.
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare 15 CA / 15 CB Certification duly signed by the authorized signatory.
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of Withholding Taxes and rates.
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IRS and IFRS accounting pronouncements.
\xef\x82\xb7 Managing Audits and assists auditors in the audit process by giving required data, resolving queries,
preparing documents, etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Validating Documents - Checks all documents from the regional offices to ensure that there are no
errors.
\xef\x82\xb7 Process Adherence & Complies with company defined guidelines and processes.
\xef\x82\xb7 Adheres to project timelines and hands on process improvement. WHO WE\'RE LOOKING FOR:
The ideal candidate should have:
\xef\x82\xb7 Have experience of 3 to 4 years of business finance or other relevant experience.
\xef\x82\xb7 Have a master\'s degree or higher or professional certifications in Finance/Internal
Audit/Others applicable.
\xef\x82\xb7 Have knowledge of Finance, internal audit, accounting standards, AR & AP processing,
regulatory compliances, and MIS reporting.
\xef\x82\xb7 Have analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, presentation skills and Stakeholder
Management Skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 Have a great attention to detail and a robust work ethic.
\xef\x82\xb7 Have an in depth understanding of securities regulations, exchange laws, capital markets and
financial instruments.
\xef\x82\xb7 Have hands on experience of month-end/year-end closing.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Team player, self-driven and ability to work independently as well as able to motivate team
members.
