Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and dedicated Senior Operations Executive to lead our client dashboard management efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client dashboards, including highlighting missing information, data collection, testing new releases, preparing release notes, coordinating deployments, conducting demos, managing client feedback, and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams. This role demands a high level of expertise in client operations, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead initiatives that contribute to the success of our client relationships.

Financial:

Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data.MIS & Data management Operational:

• Accounts receivable duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
• Expertise in MIS reporting, formulas, pivot table, H and V lookup and visual basic.
• Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, effectively manage time & workload
• Attention to detail, ownership of issues, determination to follow through with urgency. People Development:
• Follow up for Payments and ensure the stakeholders are informed

Customer:

Verification of all key deal terms (Agreement Amount, Tenure, Interest Rate etc.)

Location : Kalina, Mumbai

Exp : 4-5 years
