QATV OverviewThe Finance Quality Assurance, Testing, and Validation (QATV) team is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, reliability and control through testing Citixe2x80x99s regulatory and management reporting while providing an objective assessment of issue remediation. The team sits within the Finance organization and comprises nine teams with more than 250 colleagues across the globe.QATV is the critical First Line Testing for key BCBS 239 reports and quality assurance and issue management across Finance. Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems.Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family.Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Obtain documents via direct system access and Business/Technology SME outreach. Request, retrieve and package source documentation across a range of financial products obtained via various global functions to ensure they meet the established requirementsData Analysis xe2x80x93 Compare reported values to source documentation. Review, analyze and raise issues in raw data received from Testing Partners. Maintain Last Traceable Point (LTP) Inventory which codifies applicable documents, sources, and retrieval methods for each productStakeholder Management xe2x80x93 Build and maintain relationships with SMEs across the business and global functions. Professionally and effectively presenting information to some levels of managementProcess Management and Process Improvement Implementation xe2x80x93 Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of financial solutions.
