Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor filter press equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.

- Prepare and manage materials for filtration processes, ensuring proper setup and operation.

- Maintain accurate logs of production activities and report any anomalies to supervisors.

- Collaborate with team members to improve operational procedures and introduce best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a related field is a plus.

- Proven experience in operating industrial machinery, preferably in a mining or manufacturing environment.

- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
