Role Overview:
We are seeking a Field Executive who will be the face of our company, responsible for building relationships, managing client interactions, and promoting our services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work independently on the field to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Visits & Relationship Management:
• Conduct regular visits to corporate clients, institutions, and businesses to promote our training programs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through continuous follow-up and engagement.
• Lead Generation & Outreach:
• Identify and approach new potential clients through on-field visits and networking.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Event Coordination & Support:
• Assist in the setup and management of corporate events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients and trainers during events and sessions.
• Reporting & Feedback:
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on client meetings, leads, and progress.
• Collect feedback from clients to help improve service offerings.

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
