• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of field activities, including visits, customer interactions, and any required service reports.
• Logistical Support:
• Facilitate the delivery and collection of materials, documents, or payments as needed.
• Ensure all required documents are collected, verified, and submitted on time.
• Assist with routine administrative duties in the field.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Work closely with internal teams such as customer service, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth field operations.
• Report any discrepancies or challenges encountered during field tasks to the relevant team members.
